Pro International Man Power took part in the Global Recruitment Expo 2024 held in Dubai, bringing together agencies, employers, and job seekers from around the world. The event allowed us to showcase our recruitment capabilities and meet new clients seeking Nepali manpower. Our delegation emphasized ethical recruitment, candidate quality, and compliance with international labor standards. The event opened up new markets and partnerships for future collaboration.
We regularly organize orientation programs for candidates preparing to depart for foreign employment. These sessions cover work culture, safety protocols, legal rights, and employer expectations. In our recent event held in Kathmandu, over 200 workers participated and received valuable insights on adjusting to life and work abroad. These programs aim to prepare individuals mentally and emotionally, ensuring smoother adaptation and long-term job satisfaction overseas.
To build stronger relationships with overseas partners, Pro International hosted an Employers’ Meet & Networking Dinner in Doha. It was attended by representatives from companies in hospitality, construction, and healthcare sectors. Discussions centered on workforce demand, deployment timelines, and feedback from past hires. This event helped us better understand client needs and improve our recruitment pipeline for future cooperation and quality delivery.
Our Skill Testing Fair held in Pokhara attracted hundreds of job seekers across technical fields. Candidates underwent trade tests for roles such as electricians, welders, cooks, and drivers. The fair helped employers assess real-world skills before final selection. Certified assessors ensured objective evaluations. Events like this uphold our promise to deliver capable and qualified workers to international employers with minimal risk of mismatches.
In partnership with a local NGO, we hosted a one-day workshop on safe migration practices and workers’ legal rights abroad. The session included presentations from legal experts, returnee workers, and government officials. Participants learned about contract laws, dispute resolution, and embassy support. This initiative aims to empower our workers with knowledge and prevent exploitation or legal issues once they are abroad. Over 150 attendees took part.
